Capacity Building for Hostel Wardens:

SSM has conducted capacity building sessions for Hostel wardens from 27^th to 29^th April'15. SSM has hostels accommodating 2000 students (Girls and Boys), managed by dedicated staff available round the clock to support students. Mr. Pramod Kulkarni, Udgir, an experienced and renowned mentor guided our wardens to understand and address the challenges they face in their routine.

Mr. Kulkarni’s joyful sessions motivated the wardens to upgrade their managerial skills.
